1. Introduction

 

Welcome to LIFEPLAN by MYRY. These Terms of Service govern your use of our app and related services.

 

By using LIFEPLAN by MYRY, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

 

2. What the App Does

 

LIFEPLAN by MYRY is a productivity and planning tool that provides a user interface to help you organise your life. It may connect to third-party services such as:

 

  • Google Calendar

  • Google Tasks

 

The app allows you to view, organise, and manage your planning information in a different interface, but the underlying data may still be stored with Google and other third-party providers.

 

3. Eligibility

 

You must be the minimum age required in your country to use the service lawfully.

 

By using the app, you confirm that you are legally allowed to do so.

 

4. Your Account

 

You may need to sign in with your Google account or another supported account to use certain features.

 

You are responsible for:

 

  • keeping your login details secure

  • using the app lawfully

  • ensuring that the information you connect or manage through the app is yours to use

 

You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

 

5. Google Calendar and Google Tasks Access

 

If you choose to connect your Google account, you authorise LIFEPLAN by MYRY to access the specific Google data you grant permission for, such as your calendar events and task lists.

 

We only access the data needed to provide the app’s features. We do not claim ownership of your Google Calendar or Google Tasks data. Your use of Google services through this app is also subject to Google’s own terms and policies.

 

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

 

  • use the app for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes

  • attempt to interfere with the app’s operation or security

  • reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the app except where allowed by law

  • use the app to store or transmit malicious code

  • use the app in a way that violates the rights of others

 

7. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, branding, software, and original content, is owned by MYRY  and is protected by intellectual property laws.

 

You retain ownership of the data and content you create, upload, or connect through your accounts.

 

8. Third-Party Services

 

The app may rely on third-party platforms and APIs, including Google Calendar and Google Tasks.

 

We are not responsible for:

 

  • the availability of those third-party services

  • changes they make to their systems or APIs

  • downtime, errors, or data issues caused by them

 

If a third-party service stops working or changes how access is provided, some app features may stop working too.

 

9. No Guarantee of Availability

We try to keep the app available and working well, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

 

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app at any time.

 

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

 

By using the app, you acknowledge that your data may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are also not liable for loss of data, missed reminders, scheduling conflicts, or issues caused by third-party platforms such as Google. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

 

13. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the app, other users, or our legal rights. Upon termination, your right to use the app ends immediately.

 

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by updating the date above or showing a notice in the app. By continuing to use the app after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

 

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England, unless local consumer law requires otherwise. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England, unless applicable law says otherwise.

 

16. Beta features

 

Some features may be marked as beta, experimental, or early access. These features may change, contain bugs, or be removed at any time. We provide beta features “as is” without any guarantee of performance or continued availability.
